2 cups raw milk
¼ cup sucanat
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup whole oats
Toasted pumpkin seeds, pecans or walnuts
~ Whisk everything together except nuts over medium heat
~ Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
~ Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes or until oats are cooked and mixture is creamy
~ Top with toasted nuts and cinnamon if desired
