COCONUT COVERED RAISINS
Like yogurt covered raisins or cranberries? Then give this recipe a try for a healthier alternative!
1 cup organic raisins or cranberries
1/2 cup coconut butter
2-1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp raw honey
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
~ Heat coconut butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low heat
~ Stir until all the ingredients are combined
~ Take off heat and pour over raisins/cranberries
~ Mix well and allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes
~ Spread raisins over a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator until cooled and
hardened; about 30 minutes
~ Break up the coconut covered raisins and enjoy!
