TAHINI SALAD DRESSING
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup tahini
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos or Tamari sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
Freshly ground pepper to taste
~ Combine all ingredients in a blender and process till smooth
~ Goes well with salad greens, pulled pork roast and diced hard boiled eggs
~ Serve with pasta and veggies
~ Salad greens and grilled chicken
