BALSAMIC-HONEY GLAZED PORK CHOPS
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
4 thick cut pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
~ Cook balsamic vinegar, butter, honey, rosemary and pepper flakes in saucepan over
medium heat until butter is melted and mixture begins to bubbly lightly. Remove from
heat…reserve 2 Tbsp of glaze
~ Season pork chops with salt and pepper
~ Toss chops in glaze and grill till done; brushing with glaze as the cook
~ Remove chops and brush with reserved glaze
NOTES: double the sauce and use as a dipping sauce
