New Paris, PA – Dr. Kris Arnold, owner of Live Well Chiropractic & Wellness Center and Vice President of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association (PCA), recently visited Harrisburg to meet with lawmakers and advocate for improved access to chiropractic care across the Commonwealth.
Dr. Arnold, alongside PCA leadership, met with numerous state Representatives and Senators to discuss legislative solutions that would expand access to natural, drug-free care through better insurance coverage and lower co-pays for patients.
“Too many Pennsylvanians delay or forgo chiropractic care because of financial barriers,” said Dr. Arnold. “We believe in empowering people with options that support real healing, not just symptom management—and that starts with affordable access.”
Among the lawmakers met were Representative Jesse Topper (Bedford County), Representative Seth Grove, Representative Mike Armanini, and Senator Pat Stefano (Bedford County). All expressed strong support for chiropractic care, with many sharing personal stories of how chiropractic has helped them or their families.
“It was refreshing to hear firsthand how valued chiropractic care is by our elected officials—not just as a policy issue, but as something that has made a difference in their own lives,” added Dr. Arnold.
As part of the PCA’s ongoing mission, Dr. Arnold and his colleagues are working to ensure that patients across Pennsylvania—rural and urban alike—have equal access to high-quality chiropractic services without facing unnecessary financial hurdles.
Dr. Arnold has served the Bedford County region for over two decades, offering a unique 3-pillar model of care that includes gentle chiropractic, regenerative therapies, and root-cause functional nutrition.
